In order to reserve your session appointment payment of The Creative Fee of $250 is required to save your session on our calendar and covers our time devoted to planning, preparing, shooting, retouching, an organizing your professional portrait experience. No partial payments are accepted for this initial payment and it is non refundable. Portrait Sessions are scheduled Thursdays and Fridays; Sundays can be arranged for an Premium rate. In the case of an emergency or sickness a second date can be arranged, please call and talk to us. If a third date is needed to reschedule, at the request of our client, a reschedule fee of $300 will be required. The full amount will be credited towards the initial print order. Clients who no-call/no-show on the day of the session will forfeit all payments made for the time spent preparing for the session and will not be accepted for future bookings. Clients who are running late to their appointment need to call and talk to us; running more than 30 minutes late may result in having to reschedule as we may have another session booked after. No other photography or recording is allowed during our portrait sessions without our permission.
In Person Ordering Appointment
All Ordering Appointments are scheduled between 10am - 1pm on Mondays & Tuesdays. On the day of your session we will schedule your In Person Ordering Appointment which takes place at our studio. At this meeting we can guide you in selecting the size appropriate pieces for your home through our unique previewing software. You are able to see the portraits from your session on your walls! Please be make arrangements for anyone in the decision making to be present; plan for about 1 hour. We strongly discourage friends who are not financial decision makers in your family refrain from joining, they are not allowed in the ordering room. No photography or recording is allowed in the ordering appointment.
Full payment for your order is due at the Ordering Appointment; a payment plan is available with at least $500 paid toward the total the day of the ordering appointment. The remaining balance will be divided into equal monthly, auto-processed payment. No part of the order will be designed and/or ordered until full payment is received and clears the bank. Due to the customized service, all sale are final. NO REFUNDS will be given for payments received. We accept Cash, Visa, MC, Discover, and Am.Ex.
Order Processing & Order Pick Ups
Please allow up to 10 weeks for your custom art pieces to be delivered; your heirlooms takes time. Rush orders without a good reason are not accepted; please plan accordingly. You will be notified by phone call when your order is ready for pick up. We do not have the room to store orders and will not be held are not responsible for orders left over 14 days from the first notification - please pick up your cherished heirlooms promptly.
Images not purchased during your ordering appointment will be held for 30 days. After that, they will be permanently deleted. Portraits which are purchased will be archived for additional purchasing at any time.
The Copyright Act protects photographers by giving the creator of the photograph the exclusive rights to copy, edit and distribute the image by sale or transfer. These exclusive rights make it illegal to copy, scan, edit or share photographic prints and digital media without the photographer's permission. Violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. Be sure to discuss your copyright needs or questions with us; reasonable requests may be accommodated.
