I am Alisha Cline, a Certified Professional Photographer and 2018 Liaison, a mentor, and a savvy entrepreneur in northwest Metro Atlanta. I am known for my award winning images, upbeat marketing style, and devotion to the growth of the photographic industry through education and hard work.
I am goal driven. In 2018 I will have the Merits needed to receive my Photographic Craftsman Degree, and am on track to receive my Master Photographer Degree. When I want something, I ask how to get it. I create a game plan, tackle it, and earn the reward.
I am involved. I joined the Professional Photographers of America in 2010 after meeting then PPA president, Louis Tonsmiere while photographing a wedding reception. Ever since, I've been an active member. I volunteer every year I can at Imaging, compete at all levels of print competition, and have recently inquired about participating on different committees in areas like PPA Charities. I have been a platform speaker at the Regional and State Levels, travel to teach at state guilds, and host local workshops at my studio. I attend as many classes as I can for my own continuing education to raise our industry as well.
I give back. I volunteer 4 days each year to instruct Super 1 Days - teaching on topics ranging from learning how to switch from shoot and share to IPS to advanced lighting and posing. I mentor professional photographers from Hawaii to Maine as well as students from technical colleges and local high schools wanting to go into photography as a career.
I am Sponsored! I am honored to be part of Miller's Professional Imaging's Speaker Team! I've been doing business with them since 2009 and wouldn't trade that family for anything!
My programs appeal to a a wide range of photographers and studio assistants. I design my programs for everyone to take away something from them - whether someone is just starting or a seasoned pro. I engage my attendees with questions, demos, visual aides.
I am at home teaching about creative marketing, printing & sales, lighting (creative and traditional), lens selection, and posing. This year I'm developing a shorter program about creative set design based off a 8 hour class I teach and is always full!
